Our Founder
Audra Wait formed Wait & Co. in 2014 to create marketing solutions that are a true fit—unbiased, highly successful and sustainable.
Since moving to Nashville in 2005, this Florida native has gained tremendous experience, having worked for both the agency and corporate side of the business.
She most recently led the strategy and business development efforts for a young start-up agency, Noble Sidekick. During her stint, she more than tripled business, growing its client base and increasing revenues significantly.
Previously, Audra held key roles with GS&F, Cogent Healthcare, and Deane Smith & Partners (formerly Logic Media Group).
When she's not creating brands or inking news stories for her clients, Audra loves exploring different cultures across the globe, having visited five continents and 25+ countries and counting. She also enjoys challenges inside and outside the office, tackling some of the world's most demanding hiking excursions, including The Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, Tour du Mont Blanc, Torres del Paine, and The Lost City.
