Audra R. Wait
Audra Wait is the President and Founder of Wait & Co., the Nashville-based marketing agency she launched in 2014. She built it on a simple conviction: the best marketing is a true fit, unbiased, effective, and built to last. More than a decade later, that philosophy still guides how she works and the lasting client relationships she builds through trust, mutual respect, and genuine care.
Audra brings 20+ years of experience across agency and corporate marketing, with deep roots in healthcare and health IT. Previously, she held key leadership roles at Noble Sidekick, GS&F, Cogent Healthcare, and Deane Smith & Partners, managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets and driving business growth for clients nationwide.
Calling Nashville home since 2005, Audra is an avid traveler, adventure hiker, and sailor. She has explored 25+ countries across five continents, tackling demanding treks including the Inca Trail, Tour du Mont Blanc, Torres del Paine, and the Alta Via. She brings the same curiosity and stamina to every client challenge.
